| To commemorate the 200th concert performed by French pianist
Richard Clayderman in China, the Chinese Post Office has issued
400 collectors’ sets of stamps.
Each souvenir set contains 8 stamps
featuring the Prince Of Romance at various stages of his
life: aged 10, 20, 25, 30, 35,40, 45 and 50 years.
The value of each stamp is 80 Yuan (+/- USD 9.00).
Due to the demand for these collectors’ items, it is rumoured
by the International Stamp Stock Exchange that the value of the
stamps are approaching 40 times the issued price.
